Abstract

This study aims to: 1. To determine the company's internal environment, namely to find out the strengths and weaknesses of the Simpang Tiga Restaurant business. 2. To find out the external environment, namely the opportunities and threats that exist in the Simpang Tiga Restaurant business. 3. To find out the strategy that will be used by the Simpang Tiga Restaurant business to compete with other businesses that have the same field. This research is a qualitative research on the Simpang Tiga Restaurant business. The data analysis technique used is SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats). The results showed that the appropriate competitive strategy for the Simpang Tiga Restaurant business was the SO strategy by taking advantage of existing conditions and filling its market share. ST's strategy is to innovate on products and improve the quality of the menu. WO strategy by paying attention to serving time and maximizing existing raw materials. WT strategy by maintaining good relations with suppliers and maintaining good relations with customers. Thus, it is hoped that the Simpang Tiga Restaurant business can run and have high competitiveness.
