Abstract

The main problem in this research is the management strategy used by PT. Samsung. PT Samsung is an international company engaged in the production and sale of electronic goods. The purpose of the study is to analyze the management strategy used by PT. Samsung to achieve a competitive advantage for the company. The method used in this study a qualitatative method. Data collection teqniques using interview techniques, surveys, and questionnaires. The result showed that the EFE matrix was 3,31 and the IFE matrix was 2,54. The result of the EFE, IFE matrices, and IE quandrant obtain result that can be applied in companies in competitive advantage to develop products.
