Abstract

The rapid business competition requires each company to have its own strategy to be able to compete with its competitors. In addition to competing, this strategy is also useful to help companies achieve their goals and develop managed businesses. This research is useful for analyzing business opportunities and business development in ongoing businesses. Respondents in this study were Kami Group. The data from this study were obtained by observation and interviews which were analyzed descriptively by using the SWOT matrix strategy to analyze the strategy carried out by the respondent or owner.
