The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of the corporate governance and issues related parties at PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. This research is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection technique listen and note the based on the material taught courses in financial statement analysis. The results of this study show that Corporate Governance PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. good enough in the application of good corporate governance, but needs to be enhanced so that the value and performance of the company can be increased. The lack of Transparency PT. Gudang Garam Tbk has been providing information in a transparent manner. The information supplied is done with clear, quick, and with consideration. Problem Auditor All members of the Committee have to meet the provisions applicable to the requirement of the independence of the members of the Audit Committee as outlined in the Audit Committee Charter.
