This study aims to examine the effect of the MSS structure and the MSS process on company performance during the COVID-19 pandemic. The population in this study were all employees who worked at PT. Water Self Development. The sample in this study were 55 respondents who were obtained from distributing questionnaires. The type of data in this study is quantitative data, which is data in the form of numbers obtained from the results of the answers to the questionnaires that have been distributed. The source of data in this study is primary data, namely data obtained directly from the object to be studied using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique was carried out using a multiple linear regression approach through the SPSS program. The results of the study show that the SPM structure variable has no effect on company performance during the covid-19 pandemic. , while the SPM Process variable has an influence on the company's performance interest during the covid-19 pandemic.
