Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out PT. Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk which has been oversubscribed 179 times is worth buying. PT. Adaro Minerals Indonesia is engaged in the mining and trading of metallurgical coal through its subsidiaries and operates mining services and management consulting services. This study uses the company's financial market data. From the results of research conducted by ADMR, it cannot be said that it is safe to invest in it. Because the company's financial performance is still not balanced. Where ADMR's financial condition has risks, debt that increases every year, as well as declining equity and assets. Although many people are very enthusiastic about buying ADMR shares, they have been oversubscribed 179 times, but these shares are not guaranteed for the future from the results of the submission of their financial performance earlier.
