Abstract

Riset ini menginvestigasi kontribusi simultan pengembangan kapabilitas, adopsi teknologi, dan dorongan motivasional terhadap performa karyawan. Objek kajian mencakup entitas sektor jasa, manufaktur, dan institusi edukatif di wilayah Salatiga. Populasi terdiri atas keseluruhan karyawan, dengan sampel purposive sebanyak 200 individu yang memenuhi kriteria karyawan permanen. Data dikoleksi melalui kuesioner tertutup menggunakan skala Likert lima titik, selanjutnya dianalisis dengan SEM berbasis PLS menggunakan SmartPLS 4. Validitas dan reliabilitas indikator diuji melalui outer model dan menunjukkan kepatuhan penuh terhadap threshold statistik. Evaluasi inner model memperlihatkan bahwa kapabilitas, implementasi teknologi, dan motivasi memiliki efek positif-signifikan pada performa karyawan. Temuan ini menyiratkan bahwa augmentasi kompetensi, optimalisasi teknologi, serta intensifikasi motivasi dapat menskalakan performa karyawan secara maksimal. Hasil ini diharapkan menjadi guideline bagi manajemen dalam merancang strategi human capital development yang berfokus pada optimalisasi kinerja.
