Pengaruh Motivasi, Time Management, Self-Efficacy, Dan Dukungan Sosial Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Riset ini dilakukan untuk secara mendalam meneliti bagaimana faktor psikologis dan kontekstual, yaitu motivasi, pemanfaatan waktu yang efektif, keyakinan diri individu, dan dukungan interpersonal, secara kolektif maupun individu berkontribusi terhadap variasi hasil kinerja karyawan. Dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini melibatkan karyawan yang dipilih secara acak sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan langsung melalui survei digital menggunakan Google Forms, dengan skala pengukuran Likert lima poin. Respon yang terkumpul kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS untuk mengevaluasi hubungan yang diajukan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh gabungan dari faktor-faktor independen hanya menjelaskan 33,5% variasi kinerja karyawan. Meskipun motivasi dan manajemen waktu memiliki hubungan positif dengan kinerja, pengaruh keduanya tidak signifikan secara statistik, menunjukkan bahwa sekadar memiliki motivasi atau kemampuan mengatur waktu tidak cukup untuk meningkatkan kinerja secara keseluruhan. Sebaliknya, efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, yang berarti keyakinan diri karyawan serta dukungan dari atasan, rekan kerja, dan lingkungan sekitar menjadi faktor penting dalam peningkatan kinerja. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menyiratkan bahwa pengembangan efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial harus menjadi fokus utama bagi perusahaan yang ingin meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
