Pengaruh Work Life Balance, Family Supportive Supervisor Behavior, Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Mediasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work-life balance dan family supportive supervisor behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan CV Sabda Alam Abadi di Kabupaten Sukoharjo sebanyak 217 responden, sehingga penelitian ini bersifat sensus. Seluruh variabel diukur menggunakan skala Likert lima poin. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta kepuasan kerja. Sementara itu, family supportive supervisor behavior tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Selanjutnya, kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh work-life balance maupun family supportive supervisor behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa keseimbangan kehidupan kerja memiliki peran yang lebih dominan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dibandingkan dukungan atasan yang bersifat kekeluargaan.
