Abstract

Kolaborasi tim merupakan elemen krusial dalam organisasi multinasional yang ditandai oleh tingkat ketergantungan tugas yang tinggi, keragaman latar belakang karyawan, serta kebutuhan inovasi yang berkelanjutan. Tujuan melakukan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis manajemen SDM untuk mengoptimalkan kolaborasi tim remote dan onsite di organisasi multinasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka (literature review) dengan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif. Kajian pustaka dipilih karena penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis, dan mensintesis berbagai konsep, teori, serta temuan empiris yang relevan dengan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam mengoptimalkan kolaborasi tim remote dan onsite di organisasi multinasional. Berdasarkan hasil kajian pustaka dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kolaborasi tim remote dan onsite dalam organisasi multinasional merupakan fenomena kerja yang kompleks dan multidimensional.
