Pengaruh Supply Chain Management Practices dan Logistic Capabilities Dimediasi dengan Logistic Integration Terhadap Competitive Advantages pada Perusahaan Manufaktur di Surabaya

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh dari praktik manajemen rantai pasok dan kapabilitas logistik terhadap keunggulan bersaing yang dimediasi dengan integrasi logistik pada perusahaan manufaktur di Surabaya. Variabel dalam penelitian ini meliputi praktik manajemen rantai pasok (X1), kapabilitas logistik (X2), integrasi logistik (M), dan keunggulan bersaing (Y). Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 140 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik manajemen rantai pasok dan kapabilitas logistik memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing baik secara langsung, maupun dimediasi dengan integrasi logistik. Selain itu, praktik manajemen rantai pasok dan kapabilitas logistik memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap integrasi logistik.
