Pengaruh Budaya Keuangan terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan Investasi dengan Pengalaman Keuangan sebagai Variabel Mediasi

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh budaya keuangan terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi dengan pengalaman keuangan sebagai variabel mediasi pada masyarakat Kota Bekasi yang didominasi generasi Z. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 80 responden, menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode path analysis berbasis SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengalaman keuangan dan pengambilan keputusan investasi. Pengalaman keuangan juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi. Selain itu, pengalaman keuangan mampu memediasi secara signifikan pengaruh budaya keuangan terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi. Nilai R Square menunjukkan bahwa model memiliki kemampuan penjelasan yang kuat, terutama pada variabel pengambilan keputusan investasi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pembentukan budaya keuangan yang baik, disertai penguatan pengalaman keuangan, dapat meningkatkan kualitas keputusan investasi generasi muda. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberi kontribusi teoritis dan praktis bagi pengembangan literasi dan perilaku investasi masyarakat
