Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan akses terhadap minat investasi dengan persepsi keamanan sebagai variabel mediasi pada pengguna fintech di Bekasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 72 responden yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling, dengan kriteria berdomisili di Bekasi, menggunakan aplikasi fintech, dan pernah mengakses fitur atau informasi investasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup menggunakan skala Likert lima poin dan dianalisis dengan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan akses berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat investasi dan persepsi keamanan. Persepsi keamanan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat investasi. Selain itu, persepsi keamanan terbukti mampu memediasi secara signifikan pengaruh kemudahan akses terhadap minat investasi. Nilai R Square menunjukkan bahwa model memiliki kemampuan penjelasan yang kuat. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa semakin mudah akses layanan fintech dan semakin tinggi persepsi keamanan pengguna, maka semakin tinggi pula minat investasi masyarakat.
