Model Peningkatan Kinerja UMKM Berbasis Perilaku Manajerial, Budaya Organisasi, Dan Motivasi Pada UMKM Di Indonesia Tahun 2026

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perilaku manajerial, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja UMKM di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Structural Equation Modelling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 120 pelaku UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku manajerial yang direpresentasikan melalui gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Selain itu, motivasi juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan serta menjadi variabel yang paling dominan dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMKM. Sementara itu, budaya organisasi tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi maupun terhadap kinerja UMKM setelah mempertimbangkan variabel mediasi. Hasil analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa motivasi mampu memediasi hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan kinerja UMKM, namun tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja UMKM. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya faktor perilaku dan motivasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMKM.
