Eksplorasi Pengaruh Kreativitas Inovasi Dan Pelatihan Melalui Self-Efficacy Terhadap Keberhasilan Wirausaha

Penelitian dimaksudkan menganalisis pengaruh kreativitas, inovasi, dan pelatihan kewirausahaan terhadap keberhasilan wirausaha dengan Self-efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi. Latar belakang studi berlandaskan krusialnya aspek kompetensi dan psikologis dalam menentukan keberhasilan usaha, khususnya pada pelaku UMKM dan startup di era persaingan yang semakin dinamis. Metode penelitian yang diaplikasikan berupa pendekatan kuantitatif berbasis eksplanatori. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 102 responden pelaku usaha di wilayah Manyaran, Wonogiri, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data memanfaatkan Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS. Temuan menginformasikan inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Self-efficacy, sedangkan kreativitas dan pelatihan kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Self-efficacy. Selanjutnya, Self-efficacy terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan wirausaha. Kondisi ini menginformasikan keyakinan diri pelaku usaha dalam mengelola bisnis menjadi faktor penting dalam mencapai keberhasilan usaha. Temuan mengindikasikan inovasi yang bersifat aplikatif mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan diri pelaku usaha, yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada keberhasilan usaha.
