Abstract

Pengetahuan dan keterampilan pekerja yang diperoleh melalui pelatihan telah menjadi penting dalam menghadapi perubahan teknologi, produk, dan sistem yang semakin cepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pelatihan dan kinerja karyawan di sebuah perusahaan. Dalam ulasan yang disajikan dalam artikel ini, fokusnya terutama pada penelitian yang diterbitkan di banyak jurnal Nasional maupun internasional yang bereputasi yang sesuai dengan kajian pada artikel ini yakni Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Kajian Pustaka secara konsisten dengan menggunakan metode pendeketan metedologi tepat adalah jenis dari penelitian kualitatif jenis penelitian literature. Hal tersebut digunakan secara induktif sehingga tidak menimbulkan pertanyaan lanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan tinjauan literatur tentang pelatihan karyawan dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja di perusahaan dan mengembangkan dan mengusulkan kerangka kerja untuk menganalisis pelatihan dan masalah kinerja perusahaan untuk menilai kelebihan dan kekurangan dari banyak penelitian sebelumnya (misalnya, desain penelitian, pengukuran variabel dan kinerja perusahaan atau metode estimasi), untuk menyarankan arah untuk penelitian di masa depan, dan meningkatkan akurasi hasil penelitian di masa depan tentang topik ini.
