Analisis Faktor-Faktor Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR) Pada Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Rumah Sakit Petrokimia Gresik Driyorejo

Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR) ICU pada Rumah Sakit Petrokimia Gresik Driyorejo belum pernah tercapai. Diantara faktor yang berhubungan dengan BOR adalah faktor eksternal yaitu faktor pesaing, sosial ekonomi dan transportasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan BOR ICU RSPGD. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain non experiment (retrospektif) dengan metode penelitian cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 25 responden dengan teknik sampling total sampling. Variabel independen adalah faktor pesaing, sosial ekonomi dan transportasi, serta variabel dependen adalah BOR ICU RSPGD. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan laporan BOR. Analisis data menggunakan uji spearman rank dengan nilai signifikansi p?0,05. Hasil uji spearman rank pada faktor pesaing nilai p=0,363 artinya tidak terdapat hubungan antara faktor pesaing dengan BOR ICU RSPGD. Pada faktor sosial ekonomi nilai p=0,016 artinya terdapat hubungan antara faktor sosial ekonomi dengan BOR ICU RSPGD. Sedangkan untuk faktor transportasi nilai p=0,000 artinya terdapat hubungan antara faktor transportasi dengan BOR ICU RSPGD. Rumah sakit diharapkan dapat mengembangkan faktor transportasi dan sosial ekonomi contohnya dengan pengadaan fasilitas ambulan gratis atau antar jemput pasien gratis dan lebih mengenalkan pada masyarakat tentang pemakaian kartu BPJS di RSPGD sehingga BOR ICU dapat tercapai.
