Analisa Pengaruh Organizational Commitment Dimediasi Employee Engagement terhadap Karyawan dalam Perusahaan Asing di Kota Batam

Keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan tidak hanya tergantung pada seberapa besar organisasi tersebut tetapi juga didukung oleh komitmen organisasional dan keterlibatan karyawan yang ada didalamnya. Tujuan penulis melaksanakan pengkajian ini adalah untuk memahami dan menganalisis elemen apa saja yang mempengaruhi komitmen organisasional karyawan terhadap tempat dimana mereka bekerja. Pengkajian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Job satisfaction, Leader Member Exchange, dan Reward dengan Employee Engagement terhadap Organizational Commitment. Dalam penelitian ini, pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu menggunakan data primer yang di peroleh melalui pendistribusian kuesioner dengan google form. Sampel yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah 310 responden yang bekerja diperusahaan asing di kota Batam. Hasil dari eksplorasi berdasarkan pengujian terhadap masing-masing variabel menunjukkan bahwa Job Satisfaction, Leader Member Exchange, dan Reward berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Commitment didukung oleh Employee Engagement. Oleh sebab itu, perusahaan perlu untuk membangun hubungan yang baik antara pemimpin dengan bawahannya karena dengan kepemimpinan yang efektif dan penerimaan penghargaan yang setimpal bagi karyawan atas kontribusi yang telah diberikan, maka kepuasan kerja serta komitmen organisasional karyawan akan semakin meningkat.
