Pengaruh Faktor Psychological Capital Terhadap Environmental Responsible

Keberhasilan perusahaan bergantung pada kemampuan beradaptasi. Saat ini, perusahaan akan mengukur individu berdasarkan faktor psychological capital seperti hope, resilence, Self-efficacy, dan optimism. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh faktor psychological capital (hope, resilence, Self-efficacy, dan optimism) terhadap environmentally responsible behaviors (ERB) dengan dimoderasi oleh non-physical work environment (NPWE) dalam konteks organisasi perbankan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif menggunakan pendekatan eksplanatory, pada karyawan BRI Cabang Jakarta selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa variabel hope, optimism, resilience, dan Self-efficacy memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap environmental responsible behaviour dengan dilakukannya moderasi melalui non-physical work environment. Sementara, hanya ada satu variabel moderasi yang tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan untuk memperkuat hubungan antar variabel independen dan dependen. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memahami bagaimana individu dalam sebuah organisasi dapat mencapai tujuan terkait melalui psychological capital dan NPWE.
