Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived organizational support (POS) terhadap individual performance yang dimediasi oleh organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) pada karyawan CV Geprek Jon X Papa Risol. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan statistika inferensial. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner dengan 80 responden, sebagai sampel dari populasi sebanyak 155 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengukuran variabel menggunakan teknik skala likert dengan skala bobot dari 1 sampai 5. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh negatif signifikan perceived organizational support tehadap individual performance, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif tidak signifikan well being terhadap individual performance, (3) terdapat pengaruh positif tidak signifikan perceived organizational support terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour, (4) terdapat pengaruh positif tidak signifikan well being terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour dan (5) organizational citizenship behaviour berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap individual performance.
