Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi Penerapan Praktik Efisiensi Energi Pada Bangunan Hijau Ditinjau Dari Strategi Teknologi, Strategi Organisasi, Dan Perilaku Penghuni. Bangunan hijau yang ramah lingkungan diadopsi sebagai strategi untuk mengurangi konsumsi energi dan dampak keseluruhan lingkungan sekitar dan juga lingkungan alam kita. Namun di Malaysia, penelitian sebelumnya telah menegaskan kembali bahwa gedung perkantoran ramah lingkungan mengonsumsi energi dalam jumlah lebih besar dibandingkan gedung perkantoran ramah lingkungan lainnya di Singapura. Selain itu, masih terdapat kesenjangan konsumsi energi yang signifikan antara prediksi diawal desain dengan konsumsi energi operasional aktual gedung perkantoran ramah lingkungan di Malaysia, karena perbedaan perilaku penghuni. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis praktik efisiensi energi pada salah satu gedung perkantoran ramah lingkungan di Jakarta Selatan dengan meninjau dari Strategi Teknologi, Strategi Organisasi, dan Perilaku Penghuni. Praktik yang dikembangkan dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi, kebijakan organisasi, dan strategi perilaku penghuni, diharapkan bisa untuk mengurangi konsumsi energi gedung perkantoran hijau di Indonesia.
