Analisis Kebijakan Kompensasi yang Berkelanjutan dalam Mendorong Kinerja Tinggi dan Keterikatan Karyawan di Organisasi Nirlaba

Artikel ini membahas analisis kebijakan kompensasi yang berkelanjutan dan dampaknya terhadap mendorong kinerja tinggi dan keterlibatan karyawan di organisasi nirlaba. Artikel ini menggunakan metodologi tinjauan literatur untuk mengeksplorasi studi dan karya ilmiah yang ada terkait praktik kompensasi yang berkelanjutan di sektor nirlaba. Dengan memeriksa berbagai sumber, termasuk artikel akademis, laporan, dan studi kasus, artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tren utama, tantangan, dan praktik terbaik dalam merancang dan menerapkan kebijakan kompensasi yang berkelanjutan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan kompensasi yang berkelanjutan memainkan peran penting dalam memotivasi karyawan, meningkatkan kepuasan kerja mereka, dan pada akhirnya mendorong kinerja tinggi dan keterlibatan dalam organisasi nirlaba. Faktor seperti pembayaran yang adil, sistem reward yang transparan, dan kesempatan pengembangan karier diidentifikasi sebagai kontributor signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan komitmen karyawan. Selain itu, artikel ini menyoroti pentingnya penyelarasan kebijakan kompensasi dengan misi, nilai, dan tujuan jangka panjang organisasi untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan efektivitas.
