Analisis Evaluasi Proses Bisnis Pembangunan Jaringan Fiber Optik Di PT XYZ Menggunakan Metode Design Thinking

Kehadiran teknologi yang semakin berkembang dari tahun ke tahun dapat memberikan manfaat dalam proses bisnis suatu perusahaan menjadi lebih cepat, fleksibel dan efisien. Khususnya dalam penggunaan aplikasi berbasis website maupun mobile yang semakin lama banyak digunakan oleh perusahaan dan berkembang guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan nilai praktis dalam proses bisnis sehingga menciptakan produk maupun jasa yang cepat dan memuaskan bagi konsumen perusahaan. Namun, pada prakteknya penggunaan aplikasi tidak selalu sempurna memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan dalam suatu proses bisnis dikarenakan adanya berbagai faktor seperti perubahan kebijakan, perubahan alur kerja bahkan perubahan role person in charge. Sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi berkala terhadap penggunaan aplikasi dalam proses bisnis untuk memastikan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi relevan dengan tujuan perusahaan dan dapat memberikan nilai tambah dalam segi finansial, waktu dan sumberdaya. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai analisis evaluasi proses bisnis pembangunan jaringan fiber optik yang digunakan oleh PT XYZ dengan metode design thinking. Metode design thinking merupakan suatu metode yang mengombinasikan penyelesaian masalah yang berfokus pada kebutuhan pengguna yang selanjutnya dapat menciptakan suatu solusi sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Adapun tahapan dalam pelaksanaan design thinking meliputi emphatize, define, ideate, prototype dan test. Melaui proses wawancara stakeholder terhadap 35 responden, menghasilkan 4 (empat) persona dan 21 (dua puluh satu) problem statements yang menjadi pedoman untuk ideasi dengan menggunakan metode how might we question yang selanjutnya dilakukan pemilihan prioritas menggunakan metode impact effort matrix yang menghasilkan 10 ide yang terdiri dari 7 (tujuh) prototipe interaktif dan 3 (tiga) mock-up. Pada tahap pengujian, dilakukan perhitungan durasi penyelesaian tugas pada setiap prototipe interaktif yang selanjutnya diproyeksikan pada gantt chart untuk mengetahui durasi pembangunan jaringan fiber optik berdasarkan durasi waktu pengujian prototipe pertama. Hasil rata-rata skor usability testing dari prototipe yaitu, 80 apabila dikonversikan termasuk dalam kategori good.
