Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) Di Tengah UMKM Sebagai Kontributor Sampah Terbesar

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman dan makna UMKM kuliner di Kota Mataram. Industri kuliner harus mengakui bahwa limbah adalah penyebab utama kerusakan lingkungan. Sampah makanan dan minuman adalah sumber sampah terbesar. Industri rumahan adalah sumber utama sampah. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi kerusakan lingkungan adalah melalui green supply chain management. Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2009 tentang Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup (PPLH) mengatur tentang pengelolaan sampah, namun belum ada yang melihat bagaimana penerapannya pada pelaku UMKM di Kota Mataram. Khususnya seberapa baik kinerja pemerintah daerah dalam subsektor pengelolaan sampah, daur ulang, dan pengadaan air bersih. Sebanyak lima jenis UMKM yang berbeda dari industri kuliner menjadi subjek penelitian, yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan prinsip fenomenologi. Analisis data Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) digunakan untuk menganalisis data bersama dengan pengkodean. Berdasarkan hasil temuan, sebagian besar partisipan UMKM menggunakan manajemen rantai pasok hijau, tetapi tidak semua komponen melakukannya karena adanya beberapa kendala. Hambatan utama adalah tidak adanya sosialisasi dan edukasi oleh pemerintah daerah. Prinsip pelaku UMKM adalah bahwa sadar lingkungan datang dari diri sendiri tanpa menunggu dukungan dari pemerintah daerah.
