Studi Hubungan Antara Pelatihan, Motivasi Kerja, Dan Kinerja Karyawan Di Perusahaan Manufaktur

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara pelatihan, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja karyawan di perusahaan manufaktur. Pelatihan yang efektif dan motivasi kerja yang tinggi diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, yang pada gilirannya akan berkontribusi pada kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei untuk mengumpulkan data dari 88 karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan manufaktur. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik korelasi pearson untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara pelatihan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan mempunyai hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan motivasi kerja juga memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Temuan dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya perusahaan untuk menginvestasikan waktu dan sumber daya dalam program pelatihan yang relevan serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang memotivasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di sektor manufaktur. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi manajemen perusahaan manufaktur untuk fokus pada kedua aspek tersebut dalam strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia mereka.
