Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di Indonesia yang dipercepat oleh Revolusi Industri 4.0 telah mendorong transformasi digital dalam berbagai sektor. Transformasi ini menjadi semakin relevan seiring meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat akan layanan keuangan yang fleksibel, aman, dan berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini berfokus pada strategi inovasi produk digital untuk mencapai Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA) dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi inovasi dalam pengembangan produk digital berperan penting dalam mencapai SCA. Strategi ini harus didukung oleh sistem informasi yang kuat, manajemen proyek efektif, strategi operasional tepat, dan sumber daya yang berkualitas. Inovasi produk tidak hanya mencakup pengembangan produk baru, tetapi juga peningkatan pada produk existing, seperti layanan, desain, dan pemasaran. Inovasi yang diterapkan tepat waktu dapat menciptakan nilai ekonomi yang baik, meningkatkan efisiensi, profitabilitas, serta mendorong perekonomian global. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu mengintegrasikan inovasi produk dengan strategi operasional, analisis data, dan teknologi untuk mencapai keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan, yang menjadikan topik ini penting untuk penelitian kedepannya.
