Pengaruh Green Talent Management terhadap Green Innovative Work Behavior dengan Leader-Member Exchange sebagai Variabel Mediasi Pada Startup di Indonesia

Di era startup yang dinamis, inovasi hijau menjadi kebutuhan penting. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana Green Talent Management (GTM)) memengaruhi Green Innovative Work Behavior (GIWB), dengan Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) sebagai mediator. Data dari 187 karyawan startup Indonesia dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasilnya, GTM berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap GIWB, LMX memediasi hubungan GTM-GIWB. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya GTM dan LMX yang kuat dalam memajukan inovasi hijau.
