Abstract

This study aims  regarding the importance of human resources as one of the determinants of a company's success in achieving its goals. This study aims to investigate and analyze firstly the management of human resources in improving employee performance, and secondly the analysis results of management in enhancing employee performance. The research uses a qualitative method. The subjects in this study are an Insurance Company in Malang, referring to the data collection sources from the numerous resolutions of incoming and approved claim data. The data collection methods include interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis used in this study employs descriptive qualitative analysis. The first result of this study is the process of resolving incoming and approved claim data through the selection of document analysis performed by employees. Meanwhile, the performance evaluation process is conducted through evaluation metrics which include quality.
