Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Keterlibatan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Mediasi

Abstract

Riset ini menelusuri korelasi imersif antara motivasi kerja dan engagement karyawan dalam merajut kinerja, dengan kepuasan kerja berperan sebagai mediator transformatif. Sampel 202 subjek dipungut via purposive sampling, sementara data primer diekstraksi menggunakan kuesioner Likert quintuple-scale. Analisis diterapkan melalui Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil menyingkap bahwa motivasi kerja gagal mencetak pengaruh signifikan langsung ke kinerja; sebaliknya, engagement memancarkan dampak positif signifikan. Kedua konstruk motivasi dan engagement menaburkan efek positif dan substansial terhadap kepuasan kerja, yang pada gilirannya menyalurkan energi peningkatan kinerja. Lebih lanjut, kepuasan kerja terbukti sebagai mediator determinan, menyalurkan imprint motivasi dan engagement ke ranah output kinerja. Temuan ini menyiratkan bahwa strategi peningkatan kinerja karyawan melampaui sekadar motivasi dan partisipasi aktif, menekankan intensifikasi kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervensi sentral.
