Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Puskesmas Di Kabupaten Klaten

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki interaksi antara transformational leadership dan organisational culture sebagai determinan performa pegawai di Puskesmas Kabupaten Klaten melalui prisma kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 200 informan dipilih secara purposive, dengan pengumpulan data via kuesioner Likert dan wawancara, dilengkapi secondary data dari Dinas Kesehatan Klaten. Kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi dikonstruksi sebagai variabel eksogen, sedangkan kinerja pegawai dioperasionalkan sebagai variabel endogen. Analisis dijalankan memakai SEM-PLS di SmartPLS 4, dengan serangkaian uji validitas, reliabilitas, serta deteksi multikolinearitas, plus evaluasi inner model melalui R², Q², dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil menegaskan bahwa keduanya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kultur organisasi menyumbang pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, menekankan urgensi praktik kepemimpinan inspiratif dan penguatan budaya kolaboratif sebagai katalisator efisiensi layanan kesehatan.
