Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh early retirement (pensiun dini), keterikatan kerja, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan career adaptability sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 167 karyawan PT. Kawai Indonesia yang ditentukan menggunakan formula Slovin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa early retirement, keterikatan kerja, dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, career adaptability terbukti memoderasi pengaruh early retirement dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun tidak memoderasi pengaruh keterikatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara signifikan
