About the Journal

CEEJ: Community Engagement and Emergence Journal (e-ISSN: 2715-9752, p-ISSN: 2715-9868) is a peer-reviewed journal that emphasizes the application of management science, innovation, and technology to support sustainable community engagement and socio-economic development. This journal publishes research findings, models, and best practices resulting from community-based initiatives, especially those with strategic relevance to management studiesand their role in improving public welfare and organizational capacity.

Scope and Focus of the journal include, but are not limited to:

  • Management of Human Capital and Education Systems to enhance national competitiveness and lifelong learning outcomes.

  • Strategic Approaches to Poverty Alleviation, emphasizing the use of local economic resources and participatory planning.

  • Knowledge and Innovation Management of Local Wisdom in the context of rural and regional development.

  • Economic and Business Development, including entrepreneurship, cooperative management, creative industries, and the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

  • Business and Organizational Management, covering areas such as financial management, strategic management, marketing, operational excellence, organizational behavior, and innovation management.

Since December 2021, CEEJ has been published quarterly (January, April, July, and October), and is managed by Yayasan Riset dan Pengembangan Intelektual (YRPI). The journal welcomes interdisciplinary research with a managerial lens that contributes to impactful community transformation.
