Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Employee Engagement, Psychological Capital,
Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dan Religiusitas Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Universitas
Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Analisis dilakukan secara kuantitatif, dengan cakupan populasi yang
meliputi pegawai di Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Tercatat sebanyak 204 orang berpartisipasi
sebagai sampel. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan
teknik PLS-SEM dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Employee
Engagement, Psychological Capital, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dan Religiusitas memiliki
pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, besarnya pengaruh variabel Employee
Engagement, Psychological Capital, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dan Religiusitas Terhadap
Kinerja Pegawai yaitu dengan nilai 0,566 atau 56,6%.
