Pengaruh Pengembangan Karir dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan KInerja Pegawai sebagai Variabel Mediasi

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja pegawai sebagai variabel mediasi pada Direktorat Jenderal Pengembangan Ekonomi dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Transmigrasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif berlandaskan positivisme. Populasi berjumlah 130 ASN tahun 2025, dengan sampel 100 responden yang ditentukan melalui purposive sampling dan rumus Slovin (presisi 5%). Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert 4 poin dan dianalisis secara statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Kinerja pegawai juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, kinerja pegawai memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara pengembangan karir dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Secara keseluruhan, kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi secara langsung maupun tidak langsung oleh pengembangan karir dan lingkungan kerja melalui kinerja pegawai.
