Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT Tae Bong Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 karyawan dari berbagai unit kerja. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (p < 0,01). Selain itu, kepemimpinan transformasional juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (p < 0,01). Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kontribusi sebesar 92,1% (R² = 0,921). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan motivasi intrinsik melalui pemberian otonomi dan umpan balik yang konstruktif, serta penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional yang visioner dan inspiratif, dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai secara signifikan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya organisasi mengembangkan program kepemimpinan dan kebijakan yang mampu mendorong motivasi internal guna mencapai keunggulan kompetitif.
