Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pabrik Kerupuk Restu Ibu Karawang

Penelitian ini bertujuan ialah untuk mengkaji kinerja karyawan di Pabrik Kerupuk Restu Ibu Karawang dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja dan kedisiplinan. Oleh sebab itu, perusahaan butuh pengawasan hingga kinerja meningkat seperti disiplin, serta motivasi kerja. Penggunaan metode survei digunakan pada penelitian ini. Metode survey dipilih agar dapat diuji afiliasi antar variabel melalui statistik. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 92 karyawan dan semuanya dijadikan responden dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Kuesioner skala Likert dipakai untuk mengakumulasi data, dan pengujian dikerjakan dengan memakai regresi linier berganda. Perolehan penelitian menampilkan bahwa kinerja karyawan berdampak positif terhadap disiplin. Ini mengindikasikan yaitu kinerja meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya kepatuhan terhadap peraturan dan standar kerja. Kinerja juga ditemukan dipengaruhi secara positif oleh motivasi kerja, di mana pekerja yang lebih termotivasi sering kali menghasilkan hasil yang lebih baik. Kinerja distimulasi secara signifikan oleh motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara bersamaan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sejumlah faktor yang saling memperkuat bekerja sama untuk meningkatkan kinerja, bukan hanya satu faktor saja.

ABSTRACT
Thiss studys aims to examine thes effect ofs works discipline and works motivation on employees performances at Restu Ibu Crackers Factory, Karawang. Employees performances iss a crucials factors in determinings organizationals success, particularly in small and medium-scale manufacturing industries. Therefores, companiess needs to pays attentions tos factors thats can enhance performances, such as works discipline and works motivation. This studys employs a quantitatives approachs using a surveys methods. This approachs is chosen to empirically test the relationships between variables through statistical analysis. The populations consists of 92 employeess, all of whoms are includeds as respondentss using a saturateds samplings techniques. Data weres collected sthroughs Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzeds using multiple linear regressions. The resultss indicates thats works disciplines has a positives and significants effects on employees performances. This meanss thats highers levelss of compliances with companys rules and works standards leads to better performances. Works motivations also shows a positives effects on performances, where employees with highers motivations tend to produces mores optimal works outcomes. Simultaneously, work disciplines and works motivations have a significants effects on employees performances. This suggests that’s performances improvements is not influenceds by a single factors, but rathers by a combinations of factors that supports each other.
