Pengaruh Work Life Balance Terhadap Turnover Intention dengan Job Satisfaction Sebagai Variabel Mediasi pada Perusahaan Kurir Logistik

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh work life balance terhadap turnover intention dengan job satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi pada pekerja perusahaan kurir logistik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur dan kuesioner tertutup berbasis skala Likert yang disebarkan secara online kepada 150 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode SEM-PLS dengan bantuan SmartPLS melalui uji outer model dan inner model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator work life balance yaitu flexible working arrangement, social support, dan working condition berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction. Namun, ketiga indikator tersebut tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Sementara itu, job satisfaction berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, yang berarti semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja maka semakin rendah keinginan karyawan untuk keluar dari perusahaan. Dengan demikian, job satisfaction terbukti berperan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan antara work life balance dan turnover intention.
