Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi, Servant Leadership, Perceived Organizational Support Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Organizational Citizenship Behavior merupakan perilaku kerja sukarela yang melampaui tuntutan tugas formal dan berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi, servant leadership, dan perceived organizational support terhadap OCB pada pegawai, Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner kepada pegawai. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk menguji pengaruh parsial dan simultan antarvariabel. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada pengujian secara simultan tiga faktor utama komitmen organisasi, servant leadership, dan POS dalam konteks instansi pelayanan publik daerah yang masih terbatas dikaji secara empiris. Penelitian ini juga memberikan kontribusi kontekstual pada organisasi pelayanan berbasis kepatuhan masyarakat seperti Kantor Samsat yang memiliki karakteristik kerja berbeda dengan sektor lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penguatan komitmen pegawai, penerapan kepemimpinan yang melayani, serta peningkatan dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan mampu mendorong perilaku kerja sukarela yang mendukung kinerja organisasi. Keunggulan penelitian ini adalah penyediaan dasar empiris bagi pengambil kebijakan dalam merancang strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang berorientasi pada penguatan aspek psikologis dan kepemimpinan untuk meningkatkan OCB secara berkelanjutan di lingkungan pelayanan publik.
