Pengaruh Daya Tarik Karyawan Dan Keterlibatan Karyawan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di PT Rajawali Santo Jaya

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh daya tarik karyawan dan keterlibatan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Rajawali Santo Jaya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian kausalitas. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 102 karyawan, dengan sampel sebanyak 81 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan keterlibatan karyawan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, daya tarik karyawan dan keterlibatan karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen mampu menjelaskan kinerja karyawan sebesar 28,3%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya meningkatkan daya tarik organisasi guna mendorong peningkatan kinerja karyawan.
