Pengaruh Job Embeddedness Dan Overwork Terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan Pada PT Rajawali Santo Jaya

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh job embeddedness dan overwork terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT Rajawali Santo Jaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan perusahaan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 81 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial job embeddedness tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan overwork juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Selain itu, hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa job embeddedness dan overwork tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai R Square sebesar 0,005 atau 0,5%, yang berarti bahwa variabel job embeddedness dan overwork hanya mampu menjelaskan 0,5% variasi turnover intention, sedangkan 99,5% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Oleh karena itu, faktor lain seperti kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, kepemimpinan, maupun lingkungan kerja diduga memiliki peran yang lebih besar dalam memengaruhi turnover intention karyawan.
