Abstract

Retensi tenaga kerja merupakan aspek penting dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia karena berkaitan dengan stabilitas organisasi dan keberlanjutan proses produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work-life balance dan kepuasan kerja terhadap retensi tenaga kerja di Pabrik Kerupuk Restu Ibu. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode verifikatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 94 karyawan dengan sampel sebanyak 76 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% dan teknik simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert 7 poin dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap retensi tenaga kerja, sedangkan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap retensi tenaga kerja. Secara simultan, work-life balance dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap retensi tenaga kerja. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,844 menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen mampu menjelaskan 84,4% variasi retensi tenaga kerja, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kepuasan kerja menjadi faktor penting dalam upaya mempertahankan tenaga kerja dalam organisasi.
