Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap loyalitas pegawai desa di Kecamatan Ciampel Kabupaten Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 140 pegawai desa, sedangkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 104 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan skala Likert lima poin. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26 yang diawali dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kecerdasan emosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pegawai, sedangkan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pegawai. Secara simultan, kecerdasan emosi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pegawai. Nilai koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen mampu menjelaskan 48% variasi loyalitas pegawai, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kecerdasan emosi pegawai menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pegawai desa.
