Abstract

Etika kerja merupakan aspek fundamental dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia bidang pariwisata yang secara langsung mempengaruhi kualitas layanan yang diberikan kepada wisatawan. Tenaga kerja pariwisata yang memiliki etika kerja yang baik, akan berusaha memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik, dan pada akhirnya akan memberikan pengalaman positif bagi wisatawan. Saat ini, tenaga kerja di Indonesia didominasi oleh generasi Z yang dikenal memiliki stigma negatif dalam hal etika kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis etika kerja generasi Z dalam hal layanan pada wisatawan, mempelajari standar etika kerja yang harus diterapkan, serta mengungkap dampaknya terhadap kualitas layanan dan kepuasan wisatawan. Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode wawancara dan penelusuran dokumentasi digunakan, dan menghasilkan penerapan standar etika kerja untuk gen Z serta dampak peningkatan kualitas layanan dan kepuasan wisatawan.
