Klinik Mata Sebagai Healing Environment: Tinjauan Literatur Integratif Kenyamanan Emosional Pasien Pasca Lasik

Artikel ini bertujuan menyusun kerangka konseptual untuk menjelaskan bagaimana desain interior klinik mata memengaruhi kenyamanan emosional pasien pasca LASIK. Kajian ini berangkat dari keterbatasan penelitian Healing Environment yang umumnya berfokus pada indikator fisik atau hasil klinis tanpa menjelaskan proses emosional yang mendasari pengalaman pasien, khususnya pada konteks klinik mata dengan sensitivitas visual tinggi. Pendekatan integrative literature review digunakan melalui sintesis konseptual literatur desain interior fasilitas kesehatan dan psikologi lingkungan. Kerangka Environment–Occupant–Health diintegrasikan dengan pemahaman Therapeutic Environment dan dimensi pleasure–arousal–dominance untuk membangun model mediasi emosional. Intergrasi konseptual yang dihasilkan menunjukkan pengaruh elemen interior terhadap kenyamanan emosional pasien dijembatani oleh respons emosional yang terbentuk melalui konfigurasi dimensi emosi pleasure, arousal, dan dominance. Melalui proses integrasi teori ke dalam Environment–Occupant–Health, artikel ini merumuskan alur konseptual yang menempatkan desain interior sebagai stimulus terstruktur, therapeutic environment sebagai lensa konseptual yang memperjelas mekanisme kerja stimulus lingkungan, dan dimensi pleasure–arousal–dominance sebagai penguku respons afektif yang menentukan kenyamanan emosional pasien. Enam proposisi teoretis dirumuskan sebagai panduan penelitian empiris lanjutan, khususnya pada konteks klinik mata dengan karakteristik sensitivitas visual dan emosional yang khas.
