Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Niat Mahasiswa Generasi Z Untuk Terus Menggunakan Dompet Digital (Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta)

Perkembangan teknologi finansial meningkatkan penggunaan dompet digital di Indonesia, terutama pada mahasiswa Generasi Z, namun niat keberlanjutan penggunaan masih bervariasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi kemudahan, kepercayaan, keamanan, dan manfaat yang dirasakan terhadap niat keberlanjutan penggunaan dompet digital pada mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan metode survei terhadap 200 responden yang dipilih melalui rumus Slovin dan teknik convenience sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert lima poin dan dianalisis dengan P. Uji instrumen menunjukkan seluruh item valid (r hitung > r tabel; p < 0,05) dan reliabel (Cronbach’s Alpha > 0,70), serta memenuhi asumsi klasik normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan (β = 0,194; p < 0,05), kepercayaan (β = 0,229; p < 0,05), keamanan (β = 0,302; p < 0,05), dan manfaat yang dirasakan (β = 0,257; p < 0,05) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat keberlanjutan penggunaan dompet digital. Variabel keamanan memiliki pengaruh paling dominan dibandingkan variabel lainnya. Uji simultan juga membuktikan bahwa keempat variabel secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat keberlanjutan penggunaan (p < 0,05). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa faktor perseptual dan psikologis berperan penting dalam membentuk loyalitas penggunaan dompet digital pada mahasiswa Generasi Z. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan keamanan sistem, penguatan kepercayaan, optimalisasi kemudahan penggunaan, serta penyediaan manfaat nyata menjadi strategi utama dalam mempertahankan keberlanjutan penggunaan dompet digital di lingkungan perguruan tinggi.
