Abstract

Pelaporan insiden keselamatan pasien merupakan elemen vital dalam peningkatan mutu rumah sakit, namun pelaporannya di RSUD Ciracas belum menjadi kesadaran dan praktik intrinsik internal RS. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh learning organization dan iklim keselamatan terhadap perilaku pelaporan insiden, dengan work engagement sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif cross-sectional, penelitian ini melibatkan 105 Profesional Pemberi Asuhan (PPA) sebagai responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa learning organization dan iklim keselamatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement. Selanjutnya, work engagement terbukti meningkatkan perilaku pelaporan insiden secara signifikan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work engagement berhasil memediasi hubungan antara learning organization dan iklim keselamatan terhadap kesadaran pelaporan insiden. Variabel dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan 77,3% variasi dalam perilaku pelaporan insiden. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan pelaporan insiden, manajemen RSUD Ciracas tidak hanya perlu memperbaiki sistem, tetapi juga wajib membangun budaya pembelajaran dan iklim keselamatan yang kondusif untuk meningkatkan keterikatan kerja (work engagement).
