Pengaruh Tupoksi, Kepemimpin Transformasional Dan Motovasi Terhadap Efektifitas Pelayanan Pada Dinas Koperasi, UKM, Perindustrian Dan Perdagangan Papua Barat Daya

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tupoksi pegawai, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan motivasi kerja terhadap efektivitas pelayanan pada Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Provinsi Papua Barat Daya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Provinsi Papua Barat Daya, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan tupoksi pegawai, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas pelayanan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,679. Secara parsial, tupoksi pegawai tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas pelayanan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,826. Sebaliknya, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas pelayanan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,619. Motivasi kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas pelayanan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002 dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,527. Variabel yang paling dominan memengaruhi efektivitas pelayanan adalah kepemimpinan transformasional. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan efektivitas pelayanan publik memerlukan kepemimpinan yang visioner dan inspiratif serta didukung oleh motivasi kerja pegawai yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu, penguatan kapasitas kepemimpinan dan peningkatan motivasi kerja menjadi strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
