Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami implementasi pola kemitraan antara petani tebu dan PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara, mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap produktivitas usahatani tebu, serta menganalisis kendala dan strategi optimalisasi kemitraan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi langsung selama kegiatan magang di PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola kemitraan diterapkan melalui sistem bagi hasil, pendampingan teknis, pembinaan usahatani, penyediaan sarana produksi, serta pemanfaatan sistem digital e-farming dan ETERA. Kemitraan dinilai mampu meningkatkan kualitas budidaya, produktivitas usahatani, kepastian pemasaran, serta akses petani terhadap bibit, pupuk, pembiayaan, dan informasi budidaya. Namun, pelaksanaannya masih menghadapi kendala berupa kenaikan biaya produksi, kondisi cuaca yang tidak menentu, keterlambatan pengangkutan hasil panen, serta komunikasi yang belum optimal. Implikasi penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola kemitraan yang dikelola secara efektif dapat meningkatkan produktivitas usahatani tebu, memperkuat hubungan kerja sama perusahaan dan petani, serta mendukung keberlanjutan industri gula nasional.
