Digital Transformation dan Operational Performance pada Heavy Equipment Service Center: Peran Mediasi Employee Productivity dan Lean Process di Metso Surabaya Service Center

Digital Transformation semakin penting bagi organisasi industri yang menjalankan proses operasional kompleks, termasuk perusahaan repair dan remanufacturing heavy equipment. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Digital Transformation terhadap Operational Performance, baik secara langsung maupun melalui Employee Productivity dan Lean Process pada Metso Surabaya Service Center. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan metode sensus terhadap 34 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert 1–5 dan dianalisis menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics melalui uji kualitas instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier, regresi berganda, dan uji mediasi Sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis didukung. Digital Transformation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Operational Performance, Employee Productivity, dan Lean Process. Employee Productivity dan Lean Process juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Operational Performance. Hasil regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa Digital Transformation, Employee Productivity, dan Lean Process mampu menjelaskan 65,3% variasi Operational Performance. Uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa Employee Productivity dan Lean Process berperan sebagai mediator parsial. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan Operational Performance tidak hanya ditentukan oleh keberadaan sistem digital, tetapi juga oleh produktivitas karyawan dan proses kerja yang lebih lean.
