Penerapan WhatsApp dalam Komunikasi Organisasi di Lingkungan LSM: Studi pada Lembaga Perlindungan Anak Indonesia (LPAI)

Penelitian ini secara utama mengeksplorasi hubungan antara penggunaan alat komunikasi, keinginan untuk menggunakan, kepuasan komunikasi, dan efektivitas komunikasi di antara organisasi non-pemerintah (LSM) yang memanfaatkan pesan instan dalam komunikasi organisasi. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini menguji keinginan untuk menggunakan sebagai variabel mediasi untuk memahami hubungannya dengan kepuasan dan efektivitas. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari anggota pengurus Lembaga Perlindungan Anak Indonesia (LPAI) sebagai sampel, dengan mengutip dan merancang skala yang sesuai untuk pengujian kuesioner. Sebanyak 301 kuesioner valid dikumpulkan untuk dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pesan instan sebagai media komunikasi memiliki korelasi positif yang signifikan dengan kepuasan komunikasi dan efektivitas komunikasi. Selain itu, keinginan untuk menggunakan dapat memoderasi dan memediasi dampak pesan instan terhadap kepuasan komunikasi dan efektivitas komunikasi. Sementara itu, penerapan pesan instan, khususnya WhatsApp, secara signifikan akan meningkatkan kepuasan dan efektivitas komunikasi organisasi di dalam LSM tersebut.
